Delivery & Collection
Collection from Pontypridd is free! If you require delivery, this can be quoted for appropriately.
Booking Fee & Payment
There is a non-refundable booking fee of £150 to secure your date and begin the design process. This includes as many design revisions as required. Once we have the design perfected, I’ll order the stationery around 4 weeks before the wedding, once full payment has been received.
Minimum Order Quantities
There is a minimum order quantity requirement of 20, applicable to everything apart from signage and most fun little extras. I design and assemble everything myself, however I outsource printing as this means I can offer a wide choice of paper stock, and fun touches like metallic foil. It ensures I can offer everything!
Cardstock
The paper I use as standard is 350gsm recycled white card, due to the recycling process this gives small flecks to the cardstock. It’s somewhat noticeable when printed, but doesn’t hinder the design. Sustainability is super important to us so we use this where ever we can. It’s my supplier’s standard paper which means it’s readily available and a v good price point. If you would like to use a bright white paper, please let me know and I can cost for this accordingly.
